We successfully delivered the corporate headquarters and scientific hub for Shimadzu at Jebel Ali Free Zone. The project comprises a G warehouse with M office space, integrating offices, warehouse facilities, R&D laboratories, clean rooms, and a specialized X-ray room with non-radiating enclosures.

Built as a high-precision facility for the calibration of sensitive medical equipment, it also features dedicated exhaust systems, fire-rated chemical storage rooms, and controlled cleanroom environments.

This landmark development reinforces Shimadzu’s position as a leader in scientific innovation, providing a world-class base for research, development, and operations in the region.

Delivered in just 10 months, the Freight Care facility combines advanced warehousing with a premium office block to support high-volume logistics operations. The development features a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) storage system for optimized inventory management, as well as air-conditioned storage areas for sensitive goods.

Designed as a high-demand distribution center, the project incorporates 22 truck parking spaces to streamline rapid product movement. Supporting systems include air conditioning, firefighting and hydrant networks, and a full closed-circuit surveillance system for operational resilience.

At the heart of the complex is a G+2 office block with state-of-the-art interiors, creating a modern workplace alongside the industrial infrastructure.
