Completed in 2025, 12 days ahead of schedule, the RHS Warehouse & Office project in Al Warsan stands out as a fast-track success despite challenging site conditions. Limited material storage, complex on-site logistics and extensive dewatering requirements were overcome through meticulous planning and execution.

The result is a high quality, thermally insulated G+1 warehouse with integrated office units designed for operational efficiency. The facility includes two cargo entry/exits, forklift ramps and a loading dock for both containers and trucks ensuring seamless movement of goods.

Safety and compliance were integral to the build, with fire-rated partitions, sprinkler systems and hose racks installed to meet full NFPA standards.
